Website Design in Kent

  • Website design
  • Brand identity
  • Kent and across the UK

I'm an independent website designer and developer based in Kent, building websites and brand identities for businesses in Kent and across the UK.

Approach

Built around your business.

Most business owners can tell when a website isn't working. What's harder to know is exactly what the replacement needs to include. Before anything is designed, I work through what the business does, who it's trying to reach, and what happens once someone lands on the site — until that list of inputs becomes three clear decisions: the message, the journey through it, and the action at the end.

Different businesses

Different business. Different problem. Different website.

Direct

No handoff chain.

The person you talk to about the problem is the person who designs and builds the solution. There's no account manager, no brief passed along to someone else — just one working relationship from the first conversation through to a live website.

Questions

Questions Kent businesses actually ask

Do you only work with businesses in Kent?
No. I'm based in Kent and it's where a lot of my work comes from, but I design websites for small businesses across the UK, working remotely where that suits the project better than meeting in person.
Do we need to meet in person?
Not necessarily. Most of the project happens by video or email. Meeting in person is possible, depending on location and availability, but it isn't required.
How much does a new website cost?
It depends on the scope — the pages, functionality and content involved. Rather than quote a generic figure, I start with a conversation about what your website actually needs, then recommend an appropriate investment.
I don't know exactly what I need — is that a problem?
No, that's the normal starting point. Most business owners know their current website isn't working but not exactly what the replacement needs to include. That's what the first conversation is for.
