Support when you need it most

Why do it ?

Strive for the very best results

Reason one

I can bring in that skill set on demand when you need it.

Reason two

Sometimes employees are too close to a problem inside an organisation to identify it. That’s when a consultant rides in on their white horse to save the day.

Still not convinced? Here is another one:

Reason three

Engaging an interim management consultant for your small business not only can help you determine the answer, but also get you pointed in the right direction.

Communication Liaison

Executive assistants often manage the flow of information to members of the executive leadership team.

We may screen phone calls, open and sort mail, and summarise reports and memos that are received before passing the information on to the management teams we assist.

Schedule Management

This may include setting up travel, accommodation, meetings, events and other appointments for the executives we look after. In addition to making appointments, this may also involve ensuring there are no scheduling conflicts and making sure executives know where they need to be and when, also being ready to solve travel problems in a moments notice.

Office Management

Is a profession involving the design, implementation, evaluation, and maintenance of the process of work within an office or organisation, in order to maintain and improve efficiency and productivity. Our tasks may range from keeping up with office supply inventory to negotiating leases and purchasing agreements to approving holiday requests for clerical employees

Information Preparation

We are often involved in preparing and formatting information for internal and external distribution. This may include writing letters and memos, compiling data for reports, creating computerised presentations, writing reports, transcribing dictation, editing, proofreading and other information preparation duties.

n

Records Management

Maintaining company records sometimes falls under the scope of executive assistant duties. We may be responsible for setting up and managing both electronic and paper filing systems, as well as taking steps to maintain that the company is in compliance with all applicable record-keeping requirements.

Data Analysis

We are often involved in data analysis, using a combination of computer and critical thinking skills. For example, while top-level executives are accountable for ensuring that the company is meeting its overall financial goals, in many cases it is the assistant who carefully performs analysis on financial data and creates reports that identify areas of concern the executive may need to focus on.
