Unicomp
A service-led website for a PoS service centre and international spares distribution partner, supporting manufacturers, partners and end users.

Context
Making broad technical capability easy to navigate.
Unicomp brings together warranty repairs, out-of-warranty servicing, technical repair, spare-part distribution, logistics and refurbished equipment. The website needed to make that breadth understandable without losing the operational detail behind the offer.
The problem
Different people, all needing the fastest route in.
Manufacturers, partners and end users needed to find the right route quickly: service support, spare parts, repairs or a conversation with the team.
Thinking
Organised around the job, backed by proof.
I organised the experience around the jobs people arrive to do, then supported each route with clear proof: manufacturer accreditations, specialist technicians, stock holdings, international distribution and ISO 9001 quality processes.
Key decision
Make specialist capability easy to trust.
Why it matters
The website gives different audiences a clearer path through Unicomp’s service and distribution offer, so the value is easier to understand before an enquiry.
Design
Each route, backed by the right proof.
Service, spares and repair routes each get their own clear page, backed by accreditation, technician and stock detail exactly where it’s needed — rather than one general overview trying to speak to everyone at once.
Outcome
One site, three audiences, no competing for attention.
Manufacturers, partners and end users can now each find their own route through Unicomp’s service and distribution offer, with the proof they need close at hand before they get in touch.
