Context

One platform for a book, a philosophy and a growing practice.

The Squishy Bit needed one platform for a book, a distinctive leadership philosophy, assessment tools, speaking work and an evolving library of thinking about automation and psychological safety.

The problem

Different readers, different doors in.

Readers, event organisers and technology teams each needed a relevant route into Chris Malyon’s work without the ideas becoming dense, academic or generic.

Thinking

Separate routes for the philosophy, the book and the proof.

I separated the intellectual property into purposeful routes for the philosophy, book, Game Changer assessment and insights. Speaking credentials and operational experience appear where enterprise buyers and event organisers need proof.

Key decision

Give each audience a focused next step.

Why it matters

Readers can explore the book, teams can understand the assessment and organisers can evaluate speaking experience without competing calls to action.

Outcome

Designed to travel, wherever the book shows up.

The same core visual language now works across the product itself, Chris’s professional profile and the launch moments around it.
