Two websites for one export consultancy group: a bold, freight-led brand and a calmer, advisory one, each designed to turn a complicated service into a clear first conversation.

Context

One group, two brands, two kinds of client.

The group runs two export businesses side by side. One leads with freight and logistics, getting products physically into new markets; the other leads with advice, helping manufacturers decide where to sell and how to get there. Each needed its own website, with its own character, without the two competing.

The problem

Export is complicated. The websites couldn’t be.

Manufacturers weighing up a move overseas face regulation, logistics, partners and new markets all at once. Both sites needed to break that down into something a busy director could scan, understand and act on.

Thinking

Different voices, the same clear route in.

Each site has its own visual voice: condensed, high-contrast type and a strong red for the freight-led business; navy, warm gold and a more measured rhythm for the advisory one. Underneath, the structure stays consistent: what we do, where we work, who we work with, then an easy way to start a conversation.

Key decision

Let each brand sound like itself.

Why it matters

Keeping the two sites visibly different lets each business speak to its own clients, while a shared structure keeps both easy to use.

Pages from the advisory website: services, our story, home, countries and industries, with names, logos and contact details frosted over (page 1)

Design

Markets and industries, made easy to scan.

Region-by-region market pages and industry overviews give visitors a quick sense of reach and relevance. A freight estimate form on one site and a free consultation on the other give each business a clear first step.

Outcome

Two clear front doors to a complicated service.

Both businesses now have a website that explains what they do in plain terms and gives manufacturers an obvious next step, whether that’s pricing a shipment or booking a conversation.

Mockups are illustrative: the designs are real, the scenes around them are staged. Names, logos and contact details are frosted over at the client’s request.
