What I can do for you
Providing high-level support to business managers, executives and CEOs just like you
EA for a day
I am innovative, flexible and commercially aware and will offer clients support on a long or short-term basis, charging agreed rates and incurring no employee rights or liabilities.
I am able to offer support at an agreed per hour or per project rate. This cost-effective system allows the client to stay in control of administrative and other tasks and focus on the management of their business.
My services provide financial – as well as operational – benefit to my clients as we help them save money or make money: in many cases both.
If you have a Vision I will help you to turn it into reality
MY Services
COLLABORATION
Administrative support is the collection of ongoing, behind-the-scenes work and activities that must be attended to throughout the life of a business in order for it grow, run smoothly and profitably, and generate revenue. It’s the backbone of every business and no business can run without it. What we do as administrative experts is that important!
ULTIMATE DISCRETION
As we always have access to information about compensation plans, upcoming lay-offs, internal investigations based on employee complaints, company trade secrets and other confidential information.
RELATIONSHIP
Administrative support is a niche, speciality, expertise and profession in and of itself. Administrative support is also an ongoing relationship based on trust, not a one-time or occasional drive-by purchase. Finding the right team to work with can make all the difference.
Virtually every appointee is in a position of being privy to information that must be protected, so being able to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion is essential for success in this type of job.
DATA ANALYSIS
I am often involved in data analysis, using a combination of computer and critical thinking skills. For example, while top-level executives are accountable for ensuring that the company is meeting its overall financial goals, in many cases it is the assistant who carefully performs analysis on financial data and creates reports that identify areas of concern the executive may need to focus on.
SCHEDULE MANAGEMENT
This may include setting up travel, accommodation, meetings, events and other appointments for the executives I have looked after. Ensuring there are no scheduling conflicts and making sure executives know where they need to be and when, also being ready to solve travel problems in a moments notice.
COMMUNICATION LIAISON
Executive assistants often manage the flow of information to members of the executive leadership team. We may screen phone calls, open and sort mail, and summarise reports and memos that are received before passing the information on to the management teams we assist.
SUPPORT
By working in ongoing, one-on-one collaborative partnership with an Administrative Consultant, clients get someone whose knowledge and understanding of them, their goals, how their business works and what’s important to them grows ever increasingly the longer they work together.
OFFICE MANAGEMENT
Involving the design, implementation, evaluation, and maintenance of the process of work within an office or organisation, in order to maintain and improve efficiency and productivity. My tasks may range from keeping up with office supply inventory to negotiating leases and purchasing agreements to approving holiday requests for clerical employees
Event coordinator
I have been responsible for co-ordinating all end to end event activity, managing expectations both internally and externally. Planned and delivered complex logistical solutions for event organisation throughout Europe. Cross departmental experience in sales, production and delivery.
INFORMATION PREPARATION
I am often involved in preparing and formatting information for internal and external distribution. This may include compiling data for reports, creating computerised presentations, writing reports, transcribing dictation, editing, proofreading and other information preparation duties.
RECORDS MANAGEMENT
Records management activities include the creation, receipt, maintenance, use and disposition of records, including the processes for capturing and maintaining evidence of and information about business activities and transactions in the form of records.
